Bloom Tree English is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Native English Teacher to join our growing team in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.

Our academy specializes in English education for kindergarten and elementary students, providing a structured curriculum in a positive and engaging classroom environment. We believe that children learn best when they feel confident, encouraged, and excited to participate.

We provide fully furnished accommodation for our teachers. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If weekend work is required, additional compensation will be provided.

We offer an hourly rate starting from KRW 30,000, with higher pay based on qualifications and teaching experience. We also provide E-2 visa sponsorship, paid vacation, Korean national holidays, and ongoing teaching support.

To help our teachers feel comfortable at work, a snack bar is always available in the staff room. We also have a monthly “Happy Time” program, where each teacher gets one weekday per month to leave work at 4:00 PM with full pay. In addition, as you will be working in Korea, special holiday bonuses are provided during major Korean holidays.
